Not necessarily this fellow.  As all great artists, old Claus may be nothing
more than a great thief.  The images of this flight of fancy were originally
posted by a list respondent some time ago (two? three? years).  The image
manipulating author explained that he had time to kill at work and in order
to stave off ennui, he began to free-associate.  A dead giveaway as to the
country of origin is the tri-level rancher in the background.  Unlike we
Amerikans, who are so easily lead to the slaughter, no self-respecting German
would live in such a thing.  It may even be a federal crime to build one
there.
