went camping this weekend and have never tried this.  while driving tried to
plug in my cell phone charger in the outlet, but got no juice.  of course it
works when i am plugged in at the campground but i thought you could use the
outlet when the engine was running?  is there something i need to do for it
work?  any help will be greatly appreciated.
