I've been thinking more along the lines of a Subaru WRX engine. With a
rather small chassis and plenty of horsepower it must be closer to a match
than the MB. I'm sure some teenager wrecked one and the engine is sitting
on a yard waiting for a mad Westy Owner to try a transplant.

Of course no high gas mileage from diesel :(
