Subject:Fw: westy fridge combustion chamber sealing
From:Roy Olynick

Apparently, the combustion chamber gasket is no longer available from
Dometic...at least it wasn't available when I needed one for my Westy's fridge a
couple of years ago. I visited a local firm that makes industrial gaskets and
was given (gratis), a good size scrap piece of super heat resistant silicon
gasket material, from which I cut a gasket to match. Check the yellow pages
under "gaskets" in your area and make a few calls.

And If I were to seal it better, what should I use? Some 600* F
| silicone, or need something better?
