Sorry, no suggestion for how to remove the injector.  Just wanted to say
that I've broken CIS injectors trying to get them out.  I think they break
now and then and there is not much you can do about it.  Maybe spray WD40 or
something down there in an attempt to soften the O-ring seals, they harden
up like metal.
