RE: Immobilizers
...look for ... Viper...
This raises a question.  When I bought my '90 Westy a year ago (today in
fact) it had a sticker in the window, "Viper".  The seller, the son of
the owner, thought that there had been an alarm system at one time,
installed by the PPO, but that it wasn't there anymore, just the
sticker.  Now I'm wondering if there is in fact an immobilizer buried
under the dash but I just don't have the remote for it.  What would I
look for?
