The simpler, the better.  How about:

1) An online form where people can enter their contact information.

2) Another form where people can search for contacts.

3) A page with all contacts listed, then you can print it, and put it in you
glove box.

IMHO, the KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) principal tends to work the best.

If nobody else wants to set this up, I'll volunteer to create the online
forms.
