Just a thank you to everyone on the list for your advice and encouragement
as I nursed Wolfgang back to health.  Today I took advantage of the last
nice day for a time to patch up the wiring and restore the idle switch
connector and aux air regulator connector to their proper position.  I'm
pleased to report the idle hunting is gone.  He started right up and ran
like a champ.
