In an email to this mailing list, I described my '85 Westy's stalling and/or hesitating problem when braking hard (and sometimes not so hard, like at stop signs). I then received lots of helpful info regarding removal and adjustment of the throttle position switch assembly. After removing, cleaning, testing, adjusting and replacing the throttle body assembly ..... I'm still stuck with hesitation. The stalling seems to have gone away, but the rough (very rough sometimes) idle is still there. This might be a long-winded trouble-shooting project, but, just the same ..... does anybody out there have a suggestion for what to check next? Many Thanks. Matthew Vancouver BC CANADA
