New boy dun wrong!

I had posted, as a new boy from this side of the pond whether the "Bentley"
you referred to was more informative than the British Haynes manual

With regard to dealing with any problems on the above.   That nice
Vanagon.Man has suggested that it may be a VW Golf engine and that a  "How
To" on that puppy may be the key!
