I just had my lights hooked up in relay and it is a 300% improvement in
visibility.  It is not the lights that are poor, it is the wiring.

I have the SA 4 light grill.

The high beam indicator is #867 919 062. As an aside you should feel
fortunate that your high beams are "noticed" by on-coming traffic - many
vanagons are not!
