One of my projects this spring is going to be to wire brush all the
crusty spots on my van's coolant pipes and then POR and paint them.  I've
got that nasty rust that starts at a stone chip and then 'creeps' under
the paint, and I'm hoping to catch it before it holes one of the pipes.
