Allright, what the sam hill do i actually have to do to get this
thing into digest mode? I sent every possible combination of the
rather vague commands section of the website to no avail. I also sent
a request to the list manager for the commands and the field they go
in and he's out eating a week long hot dog or something.

Would really appreciate some one helping out with this... off topic
issue. I'm getting over run with vanagon mail.
