My van had a tempermental cold problem a couple years ago, although at
nothing like -10 (closer to freezing).  The engine would turn over fine, but
no spark at all.  Turned out to be the Hall Effect device.

nap. Turns over just fine, just doesn't want to go through with starting

My question right now, is if I have to end up giving it a jump is it safe
even with the EFI?
