This may a completely dumb question, or it may be almost impossible so be
nice to a Vanagon newbie...

If I wanted to unbolt (if possible like a beetle) the shell of my sunroof
Vanagon and put it on a Synco rolling frame (if I could find a good doner
frame) what am i getting involved it. Seems like a better alternative in
theory then converting the drivetrain, but I haven't really taken a good
look underneath my Vanagon to see if it can be done.

Anyone have any thoughts? (nice thoughts only please)
