I just ordered 5 meters of the 18.5mm breather hose (goes between the
oil breather stack and the accordion tube on the AFM/throttle body).

My buddy wants half, but I'm still going to have 8X what I actually
need...

Does anyone need to replace this hose made of Unobtainium?

According to EKTA I'll only need 190 mm (about 7.5 inches).

I should have 6-7 extra sections....

Who needs a section?  $6 a pop includes shipping (except to foreign
locations)
