Two more guesses.  Fuel pump intermittent which I didn't know could happen.

And cold start sensor misbehaving and flooding it when hot.

Fuel pump check is relatively easy, next time it won't start pull the output
and if there's no fuel flow, that's it.

Cold start, how to check?
