It is difficult to hire tow truck drivers in Texas.
To be a Tow Truck driver you must qualify with two felony convictions.
Most people that have the two convictions are already driving Tow Trucks
and those having the required two convictions that aren't are destined
for a life of crime to pay their current bondsman and attorney fees.
