Brian,

Since you didn't specify what radio you have, I'm going to assume it's a
stock one like a Heidelberg (not a Fish -er).

Tune to the station of your choice. Then depress the preset button of choice
until you hear a <beep>. You're done. Repeat for all the other presets.
