Rebuilds can be found at NAPA, Autozone, etc.  Probably come with a lifetime
replacement warranty to boot.  It is not a big deal to replace a rack as long
as you are confident in your ability to separate the outer tie rod ends.  Oh,
make sure you flush the system thoroughly BEFORE you install the new steering
rack.
