Hi all,

Just snagged meself 4 14"  Volkswagen alloys at the junkyard for
$15/ea. I think I was pretty lucky. Only thing is that two of them are
a bit thrashed and in need of paint (powder coat). Were these
originally powder coated?? What is the finish that is deteriorating
made of then?? Seems like some clear coat that is peeling and turning
yellow/buttery.

Any recommendations for shops who do this in Southern California
(cruised around nicely in a trusty old wife beater in the junkyard
today, for all you poor snow covered folks out there...)???

How much should I expect to be paying??

And where can I get the (missing) center caps??
