By the way, the non-power mirrors will stop flopping around if you take
them off the door and tighten the nut inside the base.  I mention this
because I'm not sure how many people know it.  The previous owner of my
van didn't.  If you really have to crank it down you may need to cut off
the end of the stud to keep it from hanging up on the door when the mirror
is reinstalled, but that's not a big deal.
