This happened to me upon my arrival in California: Jiffy Lube refused to service my Vanagon, and I had even brought my own Mann filter! I now change my own oil, and, as others have said, it is wicked easy to do! Even for a girl! <wink> -- Melissa Mourkas 81 Westy Basic Camper
