Now that I have another set of wheels at my disposal, I need to make a serious effort at doing a full restoration of my '84.  I am contemplating new paint job, window seals, TICO engine, having the automatic transmission and other drive train parts rebuilt, new brakes, etc., as well as having the interior redone.  Being that I am short of time, I plan to have most of the work done by others.  Some questions: 1)
Has anyone done this? 2) If so, what is the best project flow to avoid rework? and 3)  What were the problems?
