Here in St. Kitts the driver can be driving with a beer and it is not a
problem.  You will even see the police driving around drinking a Carib (the
local beer).

Just don't try to drive the wrong way on a one-way street.  Everyone starts
to yell and the police will ticket you in a heartbeat.
