I own a Tex-Mex food stand in the middle of nowhere (Tacos, Burritos,
French Fries) with a staff of three (young to old) with a combined total

No matter how successgul your Taco business is you're still going to need
an Air Cooled to blow up those puffy Tacos ............... just as well
face it.
To be correct this week we don't use the term French Fries it is now "Las
Papas Fritas".
