After setting the valves two turns in, you must wait if the lifters were pumped up. The better condition of the lifters, the longer the wait. I usually set them statically like this and wait overnight. Is the valve riding in a different position (within the hydralic range of the lifter)when the engine is running??? My problem is that when I set the adjustment two turns in, the engine does not run but if I make the adjustment one turn in the engine runs fine, good power no clatter, is there any reason I can't use this setting? thanks gary __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
