I just add 4.7-8 qts after the drain/change and that registers at the top of
the cross-hatch markings on the end of the stick.

Im still a little confused as to whats MY Tiico's
proper oil level, since my dip stick is hard to read
(with translucent, clean oil), and "full" always been
way above the cross-hatch marks.....more like up-over
the coil thats wrapped around the dipstick.

Question: If  drain my engine for a half hour then
dump exactly 4.73 QUarts of oil in it, i should be
OK...right?
