I doubt it, but I'd check the connectors to see if there's a
manufacturers stamp on them.  A lot of connectors come from places like
Digikey or Molex.  Alternately, you can use the Thomas Register to try
and track down automobile specific connectors(assuming the vendor isn't
in Germany).
