Chris, in addition to what's already been said about the proper location of
the oil filler tube, once you've opened up the license plate panel, unscrew
the "oil" cap, wedge it in the small open area where the lic plate panel is
hinged, to hold it open, then pull on the tube to extend it so you can pour
the oil into the tube.
