Already have a Vanagon so there's required content.

Found a very clean 81 Rab P/U LX gas, 114K and a bad engine. Comes with a
16Valve engine and 5 spd to transplant with the necc electronics' (ECU?)
He's asking $1200.00 for the lot. Sound reasonable? What else should I be
looking at as far as potential problems?
