Looks like I have the dreaded worn horn contact rings in my steering
wheel.  My horn only works when I'm turning.  I popped off the VW emblem in
the middle of the horn button but do not currently have a socket
extension/adapter or the correct sized socket to unscrew the wheel.  Does
anyone know off hand...

1) what size of socket is needed to remove the steering wheel?
2) where is the best place to get the contact rings?  I didn't see them on
busdepot.com or vw-auto-parts-wholesale.com
3) how does the turn signal switch figure into this?
