You might have the timing off 180.

A simple way to find TDC is to pull #1 plug.  Put your finger in the plug hole. Rotate engine by hand until pressure is felt.

Look at the rotor in the distributer is it pointing to the notch on the distributer body? If not, rotate until it is.

You might need to remove the distributor drive and reposition it, keep an eye for the washer under the drive.  Put grease on it during the installation so will not fall off.

Then try to crank the engine and set the timing.

Are the injectors firing?
