Recently my front windshield wipers stopped parking correctly.  All
functions work as normal except that wipers will park wherever they
happen to be in their cycle when the switch is returned to its off
position.

Also my rear wiper stopped working at the same time, washer works, no
wiper.

I have swapped in a known good relay with no change in performance.

I have also cleaned the switch contacts as well as possible with the
switch in place, a procedure which has worked wonders in the past but not
this time.

Any suggestions?

BTW - How is the switch removed from the steering column?  Pull the wheel?
