Trans code NG (which should cover from 6/79-10/82)

1 = 2.55
2 = 1.45
3 = 1.00
R = 2.46
Final = 4.09

Trans code NH (10/82- up)

1 = 2.71
2 = 1.50
3 = 1.00
R = 2.43
Final = 4.09
