Steve,

Verify that the clock indeed does work by applying the correct voltage
to it.  It probably does, but it is worth taking this easy measure than
to find out later.

The problem with the clock was a broken flexible circuit trace?
Everything on my dash works great EXCEPT the clock.
Sure would like to fix it...
