prolly a '88 or '89 wolfsburg.  they were badged as GL's.
if it was orly blue (dark cobalt blue color) it was a '88 wolfy. if it was a
'89 wolfy it would have the diagonal striped seats.
 in '90-'91 the carats were just badged as "vanagon" with "carat" underneath.
