Hi Bob,

I have the 3-piece VW tool #3149 that locks the front pulley through the two
holes in the front pulley face. However I wonder if the flywheel/flexplate
can be locked at the ring gear like the old air cooled engines? Also I have
other 2.1L engine building tools if you are interested.
