I am in desparate need for the top bolt that connects the starter
(manual tranny) to the bell housing.  It is the one that feeds through
the starter flange to the bell housing and has a rounded head with an
allen key drive.  It is not a conventional hex head bolt.  It is a
rounded head because the starter housing interfers with a hex head.

I've tried the dealer but they told me to get lost.  Not available.
