Subject: Purchasing an out-of-state vehicle

Can anyone here please refer me to any good websites
regarding the long-distance purchase of a vehicle?

Have any tips on making purchase arrangements via
email or phone? Negotiating, holding the vehicle while
making final purchase contingent upon final
inspection, etc. ?

Never done this before and would appreciate any
advice.
