This was back in '90, on my '88 Westy, but, I drove 19 hours straight, 70-80
mph, from San Filepe, MX to Salt Lake. Don't remember the miles but think
that's in the 1200 mi. range. Had to replace 3 of the 4 Continental tires,
under warranty, due to blistering. Very lucky dog one didn't blow "at
speed". Very hot roads in Mexico and AZ in August.
