Take off the aluminum door sill piece and take a look under the carpet.
There are indentations in the floor that would channel fluids and there are
the sound deadening insulation pieces with seams where they fit together.
With the right combination of events, the coolant could easily end up
somewhere other than directly in front of the heater.
