Bob, I would bet that response was a crock!!! Make some more inquiries
through other channels. Talk to someone who deals with commercial
tires......that is a biggy......COMMERCIAL tires. My Michelin dealer
told me initially the tire didn't exist!!!! But after I did some
digging, came up with all the numbers, told them to check their
commercial tire division, they conveniently "found" the XCA's in a
warehouse.  I wouldn't give up yet. My last set of MXT's weren't
available either, but somehow they were "found", when I put the pressure
on about the tires.
