I used to get mileages in the low/mid 20's when I first got my van, but after I got the correct sized tires the mileage dropped. Those crappy little chevette tires were spinning like crazy, and the speed & mileage were artificially inflated (IIRC they were 175R70's). I lost a few MPG, but everyone else on the road started driving slower! Weeeeird.... If you're getting 25 mpg on the proper tires, that's great! Bill Marshall 85 GL Tiico "Pandora's Box" Aurora, IL
