hate to bust your bubble, but "$1500 max budget" and "trusty ride" dont go
hand in hand..   you get what you pay for, and for $1500, that wont get you
much..
you may get lucky and find a POS westy for around that much, but you'll have
to sink a ton of $$$ into it to get it to be a "trusty ride"..
