Subject: rear tire carriers for vanagons?

has anyone dealt with this guy before?

http://www.telusplanet.net/public/gary2a/rack/swingtire/swingtire.htm

just curious about the over all quality of the products that he's
selling.

also- i sent him an email inquiring if he could build something like the
first few iamges on this page:
http://www.motorcycletrailer.com/mag1/hitchprod1.html

because it would be nice to be able to carry a light wieght scooter on
the back of the vanagon while traveling across country...

just some thoughts. feel free to let me know if you've dealt with this
individual.

thanks,

MDC
