I took rims to work yesterday. unmouted tires in autoshop (no one was
there) then sand blasted then, John hale cut into and welded the crack just
be safe, I then aldonied them (a chemical etching ) and primed them with
zinc chormate green aircraft primer..

going to paint then next week or so and "bake" paint in oven (its big
enought to fit whole westy in.. its for the thrust reversers on the 777)
