The best example is this; Take a coffee can, fill it with water, set it
on the floor. Get down on your hands and knees and ram your fist has hard
as you can down into the coffee can with the water in it.
Don't forget to close your eyes.
Oops you missed it, you closed your eyes.
Do it again with your eyes open.
Oops, sorry I failed to mention that you needed more water, sorry bout
your broken hand.
