You don't have to buy the exact match in order to use the existing hole. Both of the replacements we sell use the existing hole and look similar to the original. Our FM09V ($8.95) is from JP/Denmark and our FM09VH (14.95) is from Hella. Both of these have a similar base to the original (and use the original hole), with a short black mast, and look quite good on the Vanagon. These replace the chrome-mast Harada antenna that we and most other VW parts vendors previously sold. (Harada has not been shipping for quite some time. Their distributor told me that the factory was destroyed by a typhoon.) These prices would be 5% cheaper if included in a $50+ order to which the listmember discount applies, so you could add some belts, oil filters, etc. to boost it up if you were so inclined. You can find both items, and a picture, at http://busdepot.com/ASP/SearchProdId.cfm?ProdId=fm09v&B1=Search - Ron Salmon The Bus Depot, Inc. www.busdepot.com (215) 234-VWVW _____________________________________________ Toll-Free for Orders by PART # : 1-866-BUS-DEPOT
