Yikes!  I saw 2 men skewered on a single post on TV once.
They both lived.  Amazing.

I think the shredded airplane is the result of a collision with
another propellered airplane that sliced it up as it ran along side it.
Too evenly spaced for a chain-saw job, and there is an impact
point on the wing.
